- Ordering
(You can order On-line or Off-line)
Place items in your shopping bag and when ready to order click
on 'Shopping Bag' at the top to the screen. The Shopping Bag
page lists items with sizes and prints that you selected and
a choice between buying 'Online' or 'Order by Fax / Mail'.
If you choose the 'Buy Online' button and the Shipping Options
page comes up followed by the Secure
Order page. Fill out the form and the items you have selected
are attached to your order. We currently offer a choice of VISA
or MASTERCARD payment or for Canadians C.O.D. The C.O.D. option
comes from Canada Post at an additional cost of $6.00. We will
automatically e-mail you with a confirmation of your order.
If you choose the 'Order by Fax / Mail' button and the Shipping
Options page comes up followed by the Order form page that is
ready to print on your printer. When we receive a mail, telephone
or fax order we will confirm the order and recheck our stock
status and we will not make substitutes if an item has become
out of stock. If a print/colour is out of stock we will contact
you with the choice of canceling your order or choosing a substitute.
- Shipping
There is a selection of shipping options and the related flat
rate charges associated with each in Canadian dollars. You can
also arrange to pickup the item yourself at our home it Toronto's west end.

You have the option of sending a purchase directly to another
address.
We will enclose a message with a gift, if you wish to write
one.

- Currency
Exchange All amounts on the Hey Baby!
site are in Canadian dollars. When you make a purchase we will
charge Canadian dollars and let Visa or Mastercard calculate
the current exchange rate. The calculation appears on your charge
card statement. The link to a currency conversion site gives
a close approximation of what Visa or Mastercard will calculate.

- Customs
and Duty
Customs and duty charges on shipments to outside of Canada are
the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns
and Exchanges
You have 60 days from the Shipping Date to send items back to
us. The refund or exchange is 100% of the purchase price of
items that are in original / resaleable condition.
Shipping costs both directions are the responsibility of the
customer.
- Gift Certificates
Available in any denomination. Please phone to purchase. Not
available on-line.
- Security
The Order page is encrypted so it can not be read while
being transmitted over the internet. This is the same 128 bit
'SSL' (secure socket layer) that you see on all the big guys'
sites.

Before typing any personal information click on the padlock for details. Here is a picture of the padlock that appears at the bottom right corner of your screen. 
The certificate is your assurance that the order page belongs

We process all our orders ourselves. We don't leave your personal
information on the web site server or any computer that is attached
to the Internet
Hey Baby does not sell or give away your personal information
to other organizations.
